Who I Am

I'm an ICT System Support Officer with a passion for solving complex technical problems and building reliable, lasting solutions. My days are spent managing cloud infrastructure and identity systems for a multi-franchise aged care organisation, where I balance hands-on troubleshooting with long-term system stability. Beyond my professional life, I have strong ties to both Nepal and Australia, and enjoy exploring Nepali culture, staying current on football, and engaging in continuous learning across IT and beyond. I'm driven by curiosity, precision, and a genuine interest in how things work.

My Story

I was born in Gulmi, a district in western Nepal, and spent most of my childhood in Tamghas, surrounded by the hills and close-knit community life that western Nepal is known for. Even as a young boy, I found myself drawn to the growing wave of technology reaching Nepal — a fascination that would go on to shape the entire course of my career. That early curiosity about how things worked eventually became a clear sense of direction, leading me toward the world of IT. In pursuit of higher education and greater career opportunities, I made the significant decision to leave home and move to Australia, a journey that opened the door to the professional path I'm on today.

Academic History

I completed my high school education at Arjun Boarding High School (2005–2012), followed by my higher secondary studies at Golden Gate International College (2012–2014), both in Nepal. I then pursued my bachelor's degree in Australia at Australian Catholic University (ACU) (2016–2018), marking the next chapter in my journey from Tamghas to building a career in IT.

Work & Experience

I began my working career as a Kitchen Attendant, working my way up to Chef over the course of 9 years. Seeking a new direction, I made the bold decision to switch professions entirely into IT, starting fresh as an ICT System Support Officer at Just Better Care in Australia. Looking ahead, my goal is to continue growing in this field and become a Cybersecurity Engineer, building on my hands-on IT experience to specialise in protecting systems and data.
